Using air conditioners is dangerous! Is there a way out?

Many of us no longer imagine our life without air conditioning. Seeking comfort we use them at work and home. We hardly think what we get in return for received comfort.


What do air conditioners' manufacturers offer us? Typically, the following benefits are emphasized: economy, reliability and quality index, low noise level, functionality, power, comfort level, convenient operation and etc.


What do manufacturers keep to themselves?

Viruses and infections. When air conditioner is on, windows and doors in the room are closed. During the operation air conditioner accumulates dust, fungus, various viruses and bacteria in filters. Sudden changes in temperature. Temperature in the street is +30, and inside it's +20. All you have to do is get out of air conditioned room and you can easily get a cold or even pneumonia. The fact is that human body has a low tolerance to sudden changes in temperature and this temperature difference is causing inflammatory respiratory diseases. In addition, there is a risk of urinary tract infections such as cystitis.


Air conditioners dry the air. Cooled air becomes very dry and this damages the skin of respiratory organs and mucous membranes. Immunity decreases, risk of inflammatory processes increases. Dry air is leading to faster skin aging. Mucous membranes of the nasal cavity dry out, making it easier for viruses that cause colds and flu to enter the body. On average, one air conditioner evaporates about 1 litter of water from air during 1 hour operation.
